Project Teams

Ms. Horne possesses an MBA and M.Arch from UC Berkeley, CA.She's an active member of the AAO, AIA, and NOMA. She has been a keynote speaker for these and other Architectural trade associations.She's been with PCC for 15 years and a Senior Partner since 2009.

Mr. Rangle is a graduate of Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA). He possesses a Structural and Electrical Engineering Degree and is well respected in Engineering and GC circles. Mr. Rangle won the Annual Excellence in Construction Awards in 2016. He's partnered with PCC on several major projects.

Mr. Shure founding Partner Shure and Sennheiser. He possesses an Architectural degree from Pratt Institute, New York. He's partnered with PCC on a number of projects over the last decade.

Mr. Fraser possesses an MS in Geology from the University of Santa Cruz, CA and an MS in Structural Engineering from NJIT, NJ. He's been with PCC for 14 years and a Senior Partner since 2006.

Mrs. Cross is a former Executive Vice President of US Bank. She possesses a BA in Economics from Trinity College in San Antonio, Texas and an MBA from Northwestern.

Ms. Reston is responsible for obtaining permits, evaluating proposals and overall planning.

Mr. Artice leads the PCC design and architectural team, specifies requirements for various high-visibility projects and adapts plans for final realization.

Mr. Grandy is a team architect leading the PCC design team that specifies requirements for various high-visibility projects and adapts plans for final realization.

Mrs. Ruehig is responsible for obtaining permits, evaluating proposals, project management and project reporting

Mr. Streit is responsible for contracting and overall coordination of the technical aspects of the PCC projects.

Mr. Künzler leads the PCC design and architecture team, specifies the requirements for various projects of high public interest and adjusts the plans for final implementation.

Ms. De Rosa is responsible for securing permits, evaluating proposals, and overall project management and planning at PCC LATAM. Her international experience in the legal field (LMP degree) brings PCC strong negotiation and compliance competencies. Ms. De Rosa is PMI Certified. Ms. de Rosa serves as PCC's Sustainability Strategist.

Mr. Reyes is a Civil Engineer who leads the overall coordination, project planning and mapping of PCC projects. He manages supply chain, costs, subcontractors and all technical aspects of PCC on-site megaprojects. Mr. Reyes is PMI Certified.

Mr. Incion serves as PCC’s Lead Architect in LATAM. He specifies PCC’s larger projects, namely those with high public, social, and urban visibility. He has 10+ years of international Architectural Design and experience with notable organizations.

Mr. Cortez leads PCC’s LATAM conservation and renovation efforts in maintenance of historical structures. He has expertise in sustainable design strategies landscapes, and energy management.

Ms. Huang supports PCC Lead Architects in the Asia-Pacific Region with expertise in sustainable solutions. She has international and domestic field experience and is well versed in project planning, development, and finance.
