Located at the western end of Sulu Island, in Abu Dhabi, “Neighborhood 7” is conceived as a mixed-use, self-sustaining, live-work community with significant ties to the city. In collaboration with Fusaki’s master-planning efforts, Peluso Construction Consortium acted as consulting architect to design sustainable housing prototypes that will inform architectural character and programming of future development.
