Creighton Commons

Creighton Commons includes one fully renovated 19th century pencil factory with a green roof, retail space, condominiums, performing arts center, museum, children's park, six floor parking deck. This project serves as a revitalization of the waterfront (Hannock River) and will be a destination point for local residents and tourists. The store fronts with apartments above will give the commons a vintage small town look and feel. The intent is to create a waterfront neighborhood with the same vibrancy of other urban neighborhoods throughout the country.
